Technical SEO Audit
You're publishing content. So why isn't anything moving?
You've written the blogs. Maybe you've paid for links. Your site looks fine. And yet the traffic sits flat and the enquiries never come. Before you spend another rupee on content, it is worth asking a simpler question: can Google actually read your site?
Often the answer is no, and nobody tells you
There is no error message when Google quietly skips your pages.
A site can look perfect to you and still be partly invisible to a search engine. Pages you have published never get crawled. Pages that get crawled never get indexed. Pages that get indexed compete against three near-identical versions of themselves. None of this shows up in your analytics, because traffic that never happened does not appear in a report.
This is what a technical audit is for. Not to hand you a 90 page PDF, but to find the specific reasons your existing work is not paying off, and tell you which ones to fix first.
Your site has pages. The question is how many Google can actually see.
Every square below is a page you have published and paid for. On a site with technical problems, most of them exist for visitors but not for search engines. Fixing the foundation does not create new pages. It makes the ones you already own count.
What we look for
Four questions, answered with evidence rather than opinion.
Can Google reach your pages?
Some pages are never found because nothing links to them, or because the path to them is broken.
We map orphan pages, broken redirects, response codes and crawl budget waste.
Is your site fast enough to keep visitors?
A slow page loses people before it loses rankings. Both cost you enquiries.
Real user data for LCP, INP and CLS, traced to the specific cause.
Do your best pages have any weight behind them?
The pages that make you money are often the ones nothing on your site points to.
Internal link mapping and site architecture review.
Can AI engines quote you?
More buyers now start in ChatGPT or an AI Overview. If your pages cannot be quoted, you are not in the answer.
Schema coverage and content extractability for AI answer engines.
How the audit runs
No template, no generic checklist. Every audit is run against your site, your competitors and what you are actually trying to sell.
- We crawl your site the way Google doesThen we compare that against what Google has actually indexed, so we can see exactly which pages are being skipped and why.Full crawl, Search Console and server log cross-reference.
- We find out what is slowing you downNot a generic speed score, but the specific images, scripts and settings costing you visitors.Field and lab data for Core Web Vitals, traced to root cause.
- We map where your authority is goingMost sites accidentally send all their internal strength to pages that do not sell anything.Internal linking diagram and architecture review.
- We check whether AI engines can use youThe visibility layer most audits still ignore, and the one growing fastest.Structured data coverage and answer extractability.
- You get a plan, not a problem listEvery issue ranked by what it will actually do for your traffic and leads, with the fix spelled out and who should own it.Prioritised P0, P1, P2 roadmap.

Questions we get asked
How long does a technical SEO audit take?
For most sites it takes one to three weeks, depending on how many pages you have. Larger sites take longer because there is simply more to crawl and check. We will give you a firm timeline once we have looked at the site.
How is this different from the SEO work we already do?
Content and links are about giving Google something worth ranking. A technical audit is about making sure Google can reach it in the first place. If the foundation has problems, the content you are already paying for cannot do its job.
Do you just hand over a report, or do you fix things?
The audit is the diagnosis, and it is written so your own developer or team can act on it directly. If you would rather we implement the fixes, we can do that as a separate piece of work. You will never be left with a document and no idea what to do next.
Will this help us show up in ChatGPT and AI Overviews?
Yes. Every audit checks whether your pages are structured in a way AI engines can actually quote, which is a growing share of how buyers research before they ever reach your site. Most audits still skip this entirely.
Our site is small. Is an audit worth it?
Often more so. Smaller sites tend to have fewer problems, which means the ones they do have account for a bigger share of what is holding them back. Fixing two or three things can change the whole picture.
